PostSubject: Render Settings   Mon 28 Jan - 12:07

I know its basic stuff, but I've never been happy with my render settings in vegas.
Is their anyone who can help with some high quality settings, I always use high quality footage so I know thats not my problem, and I upload to youtube, so would prefer settings that youtube will allow (format wise).

Thanks.

You should render your clip in "uncompressed" so you'll have a very big file.
Then use zargx264/megui even vdub can do some good stuff.
try to encode in mp4/h264 you will find a lot of tutorial on the net, see you!
sorry for this english

Yes , try to cut your rushs with virtualdub , and render in lagarith lossless , and then when you finish your AMV on vegas render again in avi lagarith lossless and finally encode with zarx or amvsimpleGUI and you'll have a good quality , but sometimes it depends on your footage , if it's in HD , render in HD , if your footages are in low quality render in 480p for example , but you can render in 720p if you add some color corrections for example to improve the quality Smile

Just try things like that until you're satisfied ^^

What i said is only one way to do , hope it helped :p
